He may be willing to do a late afternoon conference on the 16th or 17th if ok with you?

I will chase up the issue of the trial date.
My understanding is that the Post Office line remains that the system is a robust one. The defence
could presumably raise the issue but have not done so yet. Do we yet know when the review is going
to conclude, as this could affect a judge's decision to adjourn for this reason.

1am on AJL from 18 July 2012 until 6 August 2012. Has John got any other dates available?
On another point, regarding the case of Bramwell, has the court decided anything regarding the trial date? Also in light
of the Post Office instructing independent experts to look at the Horizon system, would this have any bearing n the
case? The reason I ask is that one of the witnesses would like to book some leave and the date in question is the 13°
August?
