Ihave been consulted by a post mistress in relation to an employment issue.

There have been a number of sub postmasters and mistresses who appear to have been the subject of a
fraud investigation. There have been some instances of transactions which ap, to be inaccurate
causing suspicion on the sub post masters and mistresses. This is the Horizon system which appears to be
_..idden with faults. This has had a detrimental affect on the I sub Post masters and stresses who have
formed a group Justice for SubPostmasters Alliance:

I would be grateful if you could let me know if you are aware of other cases of post masters and
mistresses who have used the Horizon system who have then been prosecuted for fraud,

Mrs Kaur has recently found a new solicitor and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. ‘She has asked if it
is possible for an enquiry to be set up to look into the Horizon system.
