latest redress data.

Submission title: Post Office Redress Data Publication- July
Timing: As soon as possible, to allow for publication mid-July
Summary: An update on the progress of redress schemes for postmasters impacted by the Horizon
scandal. And to notify of our intention to publish monthly data as of end-June on progress, as
management information.
