The GS moved the adoption of NEC Doc 114/15.
Simon Sapper supplemented the report. In response to a question raised, the
General Secretary confirmed that the PEC would deal with the Policy issues
arising from this matter however this document had been presented as a result
of concern expressed at the previous NEC.
NEC Doc 114/15 was noted.
