Training is one-hit only, i.e. staff are trained by Pathway on ONE release of
Horizon only, CSR or CSR+. Therefore, unless POCL specifically require us to
do "backfill" training, CSR trained staff are not retrained on CSR+, so there

is no switchover training issue to consider. At CSR+ we will train on the new
