While inspecting the code we have observed that there could be problems with
race conditions such that one user?s change could overwrite another user?s
There are a number of cases where SELECT statements should be SELECT for UPDATE
to ensure that multiple counters in a Branch can?t interfere with each other
efore the row is Updated. The SQL statements affected are:
