4. I Security Clearance levels for POL resources need to be defined before access
allowed for ground floor Test Area.
2. I FJS Security agreed to write a Joint Working Security Policy. FIS and POL to
investigate whether this policy would be a CCD
3. I FJS Security to have ongoing meetings internally and with POL to discuss further
issues and policies surrounding joint working, eg use by POL of internal FJS email
4. I FJS and POL to further investigate segregated on line access for POL to external
POL services, eg POL email
5. I FJS to further investigate how Testing Tools will be jointly used and liaise with
Security to deal with any issues or concerns, eg access restriction by role to PVCS,
Test Director, PEAK etc.
