REASON FOR CHANGE:
To facilitate agreement of Schedule E08 as part of the drop down process.
DETAILS OF CHANGE:
To identify a controlled document, “POCL MIS Reports”, which will be used to
record details of the MIS reports on the service performance of the APS Service
(Schedule E08, Section 6), in support of Requirement 894. Such MIS report details
shall be jointly agreed by Pathway and POCL.
PROPOSED REVISION TO WORDING OF AUTHORITIES’ AGREEMENT:
SCHEDULE E01-APS Service Definition, Section 6.1 to read:
“The CONTRACTOR shall provide management information with reference to
service performance in accordance with Schedule E08. The details of this shall be
defined in the POCL MIS Reports document”.
