Accepted Live Defect is a Defect that has been discussed by Fujitsu and Post Office and agreed that no further actions
will be performed i.e. accepted as not being fixed.
Please see the HDR Defects Update Report for the 02.12.2022 whereby the “Accepted Live Defects” was introduced.
