Following the Common Issues Judgement (CLI) and Horizon Issues Judgement (HID) a programme of Horizon remediation was undertaken. This highlighted a set of
improvements that needed to be made to comply with the Judge's recommendations. The Horizon Remediation Project has been given funding to commence work on changes to
Horizon.
‘This RTQ is to enable Electronic Top-up's using ePay to move fulfilment of the top-up to after payment has been secured. This was previously been considered under CWO0362.
Can you please review CWO0362 and assess if this is still correct, ready for a further RTQ to be raised with the full detailed requirements included, which will be raised at a later
day. Is it possible to give a ROM cost for the changes to be made to Horizon? We would also like to put this into a placeholder for release 73.10. See attachment for scope,
