Thank you for the email below and the details, I was surprised by the content.
The basis of our meeting on the 18" July was our exchanges of letters over the last few weeks. In those letters we both
expressed determination to ensure that lessons are learned, particularly regarding culture and the treatment of postmasters,
are addressed. As senior executives it is essential that we escalate matters of concern and deal with them, hence our
letters.
I believe Owen will leave the Post Office at the end of August, and I am concerned who will take forward actions as
agreed at our meeting?
Nick, if you could take one hour and join the meeting between Owen and I, that would be helpful and important for the
future.
Owen, I assume you have seen the correspondence between Nick and I? They will form the basis of the discussion.
