Good idea, though I’m not sure I saw that one! Let me know how you get on. And if you want a cup of coffee...

Give her hell!

Worth telling her that Post Office is dragging its heels in getting documents to the CCRC in Jo’s case.
Would she be willing to see lan Henderson, do you think?

Journalists still interested — campaigners still v active — won’t go away.

Worth saying that in the end, the entire matter will need to be sorted and the longer it is left, the more
expensive to the Government (money and reputation) it will be.

But you know all this...
Let me know what I can do to help.

I doubt if even Kevan would describe himself as a nice chap.
I'm going to see Baroness Neville-Rolfe tomorrow. Any tips?

Dear James,

Bumped into Kevan yesterday who said he is going to pull everyone together after
Conference Recess, and he thought Select Cttee might do something. He asked after you
and asked when you were being lorded as he would like to stand at the bar. I’ve told him.
(Sir) Simon Burns just asked as well and I’ve told him too. Both v nice chaps.

Dear Andrew,

When I bumped into you last week, you kindly offered to forward a copy of the
letter you and Kevan sent to the Minister about the Post Office. Might I ask if your
office would send it to me, please? I’d like to send a copy on to James and to Alan
Bates at the JFSA, if I may.

And I have, as you'll see, moved MPs and am now working for Tom Tugendhat.

Many thanks,
Janet
