CORRECTIONS TO THE THIRD WITNESS STATEMENT OF
STEPHEN PAUL PARKER

During the course of the Horizon Issues Trial, two errors in the Third Witness Statement of Stephen
Paul Parker have been identified. The table below sets out the corrections Mr Parker wishes to

make.

paragraph 18 "The wording of PC0146094 {POL-0316426} implies"
should be:

"The wording of PC0146066 {POL-0316398}, of which
PC0146094 {POL-0316426} was a clone, implies"

"In paragraph 29 of my second witness statement I listed the
circumstances in which data was injected into a counter in
\Legacy Horizon while Richard Roll was employed by Post
Office"

paragraph 19

should be:

"In paragraph 29 of my second witness statement I listed the
circumstances in which data was injected into a counter in
Legacy Horizon found as a result of the searches described in

that paragraph-while-Richard-Roll-was-employed-by-Post
Office"
