e could you look particularly at 3.12 as I didn’t understand it so attempted to change it but may have got it wrong
e Ihave removed a couple of references to “item 1(2) above” as I didn’t understand the reference
e@ Checvk the formatting as I may have thrown some out.
Otherwise, assuming that all the relevant sections have been cleared by the lead teams in the business and the sections
on contracts have also been cleared by the BD lawyers who advise POL — Andy could you confirm all of that please? —
then as Angela and Mel are also content I assume that this is good to go and can go today.
Angela Ill email round shortly with a suggested draft for a letter from you to accompany this.
