Not sure how well you can read this on your iphone and I don't want your detailed comments but please
have a quick scan of the document. Its the intro to POL's response to PartTwo
My view is that its way off beam. We should not be explicitly criticising Second Sight in this way. It
does not assist the resolution of complaints or the credibility of the Scheme or POL.
I think we should limit our comments to the context, the omissions and the out of scope issues. I am at
present losing the battle with the lawyers who seem to think that there is now a need to state publicly
and with confidence just what is wrong with the report and Second Sight's lack of engagement with POL.
To my mind many of the points made here are for a POL to SS conversation.
But before I rewrite the whole lot I wanted to get your views in case I'm off beam here.
