Please find attached Andy’s response to Second Sight’s M022 Case Review. Please review and provide any comments, as
well as answers to Andy’s questions, by Monday 19 May at midday. This will allow us to coordinate the PO response
before the Working Group face-to-face on Tuesday 20 May.
Please also find attached a schedule I have put together in terms of the mediation of M022, based on current timescales.
