Jane has literally just gone out the building (on her way to dinner with GE). I gave her the heads up that this was coming
but did not know about the point re Paula before she had left. Give her a call.
My view is that this does not go to PV. We are simply giving a proposal that goes beyond what the court has requested,
in order to be helpful.

1. Adraft PLSG paper on the long term strategy.
2. A draft letter to Freeths.
We have a meeting with Freeths next Friday. They have said that they will be sending us a letter with their proposals
before the meeting. It is really important that we get our letter out first so we need to get this approved asap. If not, our
letter will lose its effect because we will need to respond to Freeths' proposals as well as putting forward our own
proposals. The clarity of our "Grand Plan" will be lost.
I'm sorry to ask this, but please can you review the attached asap tomorrow morning so that we can get this out to the
PLSG tomorrow. I've spoken to Tom Moran and given him the 5 minute version of the Omnibus Trial plan. If you are
happy with the attached papers, then he is content for them to go straight to the PLSG tomorrow morning (without him first
seeing them) with a request for approval by 12noon Monday.
