I Khayyam Ishaq agree to attend for interview on Tuesday 27 September 2011
at 11 am in Bradford Delivery Office.

I have instructed my solicitors Rasool Solicitors Dewsbury to send a letter of
undertaking in respect of the outstanding amount due to Post Office Ltd. The
person dealing with my request is Akhbar Rasool.

The buyer I had for my business pulled out of the deal on 12/9/11. I have
another buyer who I am speaking with at the weekend and I will repay the
money from this sale.

The interview is a voluntary Interview under caution and tape recorded. Mr
Ishaq is not under arrest for this interview.
