The above named Defendant appeared for a Plea and Case Management
Hearing on the 2™ June 2006.

The dates to avoid only went up to August but there was no Court time for
the period up until then.

The matter was listed for one week commencing the 25" September. Please
could witness availability be checked and if any witnesses are not available
please let me know and would you then at the same time provide a new
witness availability list up until December 2006.

I understand that the Judge ordered immediate disclosure of the computer data
for the Defence Expert, Please could you also forward this as soon as
practicable.
