the indictment which she will fax to me. Indictment lodged at court.
Defence wish to plead to False Accounting — loss not repaid. Counsel has drafted
F/accounting in such a way that in her opinion there should not be a problem with the
Confiscation proceedings
Telephoned Tony Utting re acceptance of plea to False Accounting gave details of
background to this case and other Thief at office. Would accept F/A in absence of
contrary instructions.
Counsel advised plea to F/A acceptable and that Defendant has no prev convictions. —
