PLEA AND CASE MANAGEMENT HEARING - 5™ JANUARY 2007
CASE NO: POLTD/0607/0108

The above named appeared at Hull Crown Court on the 5" January 2007. The
prosecution was represented by Patricia Docherty of Counsel, The Defendant
appeared.

The Indictment was preferred at Court and included an additional count of false
accounting, a copy of which is attached.

The Defendant entered Guilty pleas to Count 2 false accounting and the case was
adjourned for pre sentence reports within the next 3-4 weeks.

An indication was given that confiscation proceedings would be commenced. A
Notice under Section 18 of the Proceeds of Crime Act was submitted to the Court
which gave the following Directions:-

1 Initial Defence response by the 1" February 2007
2 Prosecution Statement by the 30” March 2007.
3 Defence response by the 28” April 2007.

Please find enclosed a copy of the Section 18 Notice received by fax.

The Court directed that the confiscation hearing would be fixed on the date of
sentence.
