Further to your memo dated 6 January 2009 I make the following
points.
1) On 21 January 2009 I issued a summons by post to Mr Julian
WILSON to appear before Redditch Magistrates Court, Grove
Street, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 8DB, at 14.00 hrs on
Wednesday 4th March 2009.
I have signed the Certificate Of Service at the bottom of the
summons and forwarded the original to the Clerk to the
Justices, Redditch Magistrates Court. A copy of that
summons is enclosed herewith, together with a typed copy of
the Antecedents.
2) I can confirm that the total monies missing that amounted to
£27,811.98 have not yet been recovered.
A copy of this memo together with the relevant NPA01/02 forms
has been e-mailed to the Post Office Ltd Casework Fraud Team
today.
