We write on behalf of the above named who whose case was committed by Redditch
Magistrates on 29" April 2009.
We have written to the Crown Court requesting that all Prosecution witnesses be fully
bound at this stage pending advice from Counsel and further instructions from our Client.
We would be grateful if we could be provided with a draft Indictment at your earliest
opportunity and a schedule of unused material in this case, to assist with our preparation.
It has been bought to our attention that there are a number of prosecutions being
pursued by The Royal Mail Group Ltd similar to that which our Client is subjéct to. We
would be grateful if we could be provided with details of the number of prosecutions that
are currently ongoing and details as to the geographical location of such prosecutions.
We look forward to receiving the requested information in due course.
