To conclude this case in STAFFORD CC on 19th August
1. We require that the court make a confiscation Order in respect of the benefit agreed by the court.
2. We require that the court make a compensation Order in favour of POLTD and payable to POLTD.
in respect of £43,894.15
3. We request that the court set a default sentence in respect of any realisable amount.
4. We request that the court discharge the restraint order in respect of the defendant and her
husband.
I have attached the relevant 5050 forms for the order a compensation order and a discharge of the
restraint order to be forwarded to our agents. I will of course take some hard copies with me.
