Defence Counsel have asked for certain files relating to prosecutions of
Subpostmasters where the Horizon system has been in issue and Prosecuting
Counsel has now asked if we can obtain some civil files so that he can get a
flavour of what happens with the Horizon system.
lan has located 3 possible civil files which would you please, assuming it is
possible, obtain for me asap so that Prosecuting Counsel can look at them.
