Iam employed by Post Office Ltd as a Field Support Advisor and have held this position since October
2004. My duty involves classroom and on site training of newly recruited staff or Sub Postmasters. I
also undertake refresher training courses for existing staff when requested by the Contract Advisors or
Branch Development Managers.
joined the Post Office® in February 2000 as a counter clerk and worked on the counter dealing with
customer's transactions. I then was promoted to Deputy Branch Manager in 2003.
As a trainer I have a wide knowledge of the Horizon system as far as the transactions and balancing
procedures are concerned. I do not have any knowledge as to how the Horizon system is managed or
maintained from an IT perspective.
I have been informed by Post Office® Field Support at Salford that I assisted with on site training of a
new sub postmaster, named Mrs Seema Misra between 11th July 2005 to the 13th July 2005. I also
returned to West Byfleet Post Office® on the 27th July 2005 and the 3rd August 2005 to assist Mrs
Misra with balancing procedures.
