2. The defendant attended and her counsel sought a Goodyear on the basis previously accepted by the
Court. The Learned Judge indicated that any sentence would be non-custodial. Miss HENDERSON
then entered a guilty plea on count 2. The Learned Judge adjourned for a fast delivery report from
probation. This was prepared and the case called back on. He sentenced Miss HENDERSON to a
Community Order to 200 hours unpaid work and to pay costs of £1,500 within 4 months. The case
was reserved to the Magistrates’ Court for any issues with the payment of the costs. A not guilty
verdict was entered on count 1.
