I’m out and about this Wednesday. I have nothing new to raise, so if okay with you I won’t dial in. Regarding Action
Points, I make comments below in red.
Action Points
4 ATM Gluing case — AW to oversee going forward and address any further issues. No change ... still bailed to
January and no update on Wincor paying back POL.
2 Belfast Refresh — JS to keep open for a further week and address any issues.
3 Abbey Road — AA will send an email to the contractor in order to discuss settlement. AA will close dependant
on contractor's response.
4 Wembley — AA will process goodwill gesture payment and close.
Derrylin — JS to provide update.
6 Post & Go Berry St Edmonds — AA will discuss further with Tina and will provide an update on the next call.

Communication on Horizon flaws — AA requesting that DP watch and brief. Done — as mentioned last week,
the problem isn't of concern (minimal amount of branches have paid out on top up txns}. Comms put on
Grapevoine website, memoview cascade and text blast also conducted.
AP mismatches — Keep open. AA to update further during next call.
Fairborn — AA will keep open and review.
Cold Harbour — RW to review Mr Savio's correspondence once received and address it accordingly.
Glenmoriston - DP will revert back to AA once Robert Daley provides the information requested. I have
chased Robert daily, see email below.
Moseley in Northern Ireland - AA saying that she will chase this up with Tim and liaise with DP. Links to
