ill know that we are refusing to mediate 3 cases which the last Working Group deemed suitable for mediation:
(Thompson). The last two of these involve an Applicant with a criminal
conviction.
I attach draft letters informing them of Post Office’s decision for your review and approval please.
There is an element of urgency in that the stats provided to the Committee for tomorrow’s session already include these
refusals (although given the anonymity of the stats, the Applicants themselves will not know this).
