Complaint Review and Mediation Scheme
Second Sight’s final version of their Part Two report will shortly be provided to applicants and
their advisors in the Complaint Review and Mediation Scheme. Regrettably, but unsurprisingly,
the report remains inaccurate and contains a number of unsubstantiated assertions. We will
therefore be issuing a full response alongside it.
In order to be transparent and to reduce external speculation as much as possible, we will be
making both documents available on request to other interested parties including some
media. We expect some media coverage but we will, as previously, be working to keep this
contained and short-lived.
