Hi Paula - thank you for forwarding this, which was flagged to us in Legal.
Yes, we did place some restrictions on what Second Sight could say and do once their engagement with us had ended.
if challenged I suspect Ron Warmington would say that he was only commenting on the Intel matter, a public/non-Post
Office specific matter. I will however check the wording of the restriction to see whether a “shot across the bow” is
appropriate to remind him of his obligations.

This tweet by Ron Warmington could be of use or even significant. He is one of the two partners from Second
Sight who will I expect be supporting Freeths? He hasn’t tweeted me before that I’ve noticed.
(Rod - weren’t they prevented from involving themselves in any related matters, ie., in the terms of the contract
they had with us?)
