Please find attached a short supplemental paper we have done for tomorrow's meeting. You will note that there is
reference to an indicative timeline as one of the Annexes. This is currently with WBD for their comments and we will
circulate as soon as they come back to us.

You will see from the paper that we largely agree with the legal team's advice save in relation to rushing to file the
application for leave to appeal on the Common Issues. We discussed this with Counsel on a call this morning and they
were strongly of the view we should but having heard their thoughts we remain unconvinced. We have told WBD that
we take a different view and so I suspect we will get strong pushback from Counsel tomorrow.
