Just to say there’s a lot in these papers particularly on the grounds for appeal. The Board paper is asking for approval for
those today. Even if reasonable to expect us to do this in such a short timeframe I won't be in a position to do so as I
need to discuss internally.
In addition the legal team seems to have forgotten a commitment they made to allow for consultation with Ministers.
