The parties have now agreed the settlement agreement which includes a financial payment of
£57.75m.
As discussed earlier today, Tim and Nick could you by reply all to this email:
1. confirm that you approve this settlement in the terms set out in the attached agreement. Please
note the settlement agreement may be amended for typographical errors or for formatting
purposes;
2. Confirm that you authorise the General Counsel to execute the agreement on substantially the
same terms as the attached agreement.
Upon this approval, we will seek the approval of BEIS via Tom and Richard as previously discussed.
