Elisa , that will be for Matt and the agent debt team to confirm. !' ve finished my part of the process and handed
over the debt to Chesterfield to take forward. They may take legal action to recover the funds.

Hi Carol & Matt

Hopefully you remember that solicitors for the former postmaster at the Grange had written to us asking questions
about how our security and contractual processes tied together, and whether we intended to prosecute.

We responded to explain this and to say that we were still seeking the outstanding debt due to us. We specifically
didn’t respond on the prosecution, hoping to leave this on the table as potential leverage.

The solicitors have now responded directly asking whether if they pay the debt, we will not prosecute. We cannot
put PO in a position where payment of debts is seen to buy off prosecutions, so I may need to confirm that PO will
not be prosecuting Mr. Palmer — are you ok for me to do this?
