The above named Defendant appeared at Hereford Crown Court on the
17" December 2009 in respect of Confiscation proceedings.

The figures were agreed prior to going into Court and Confiscation was awarded
as follows:-

The Defendant's realisable assets were agreed to be £40,497 and this was
assessed to be the available amount. The Defendant's benefit was assessed as
£28,434.95 therefore a Confiscation Order was awarded in that sum payable
within 6 months ie before the 17" June 2010, in default a further sentence of
42 months imprisonment.

A Compensation Order was also made in the sum of £28,434.95.
