belonging to Post Office Limited (Contrary to Section

42 months imprisonment suspended for 2
years with a Community Order of
300 hours unpaid work and electronically
monitored curfew for 6 months requiring
the Defendant to stay indoors between the
hours of 10pm and 5am

No order was made in relation to costs.

A Confiscation timetable was set.

1 The Defendant was ordered to file her own Affidavit within 4 weeks ie

not later than 28"" May 2009.

2 The prosecution statement is to be served within 6 weeks ie by no later

than 10" July 2009.

3 The Defence response to the prosecution statement is to be served
within 2 weeks thereafter ie not later than 24" July 2009.

4 The Confiscation Hearing has been fixed for 21*' August 2009 at 10am.
