Post Office to assemble a list of non-CCRC criminal cases involving multiple charges, draft a
brief synopsis for each and supply to 11KBW.
Arrange a call between Christopher and Brian Altman QC’s junior
Arrange a meeting for Christopher with Cartwright King (for non CCRC criminal cases)
Helpdesk
Post Office to assemble a list of cases which centre around or involve helpdesk related
allegations. Create a table detailing:

Investigations
Post Office to supply 11KBW with investigation process documentation

cases of his choice
Horizon System
Arrange for Christopher to meet/speak with the authors of the Deloitte report (now E&Y)
Arrange for Christopher to meet/speak with Gareth Jenkins
Arrange for Christopher to meet/speak with expert Horizon contact at Fujitsu
Christopher to assess whether answers could be provided by UCL to more specific questions
— meeting can be arranged for Christopher as necessary
Post Office to draw up list of all 136 cases in the Scheme detailing key information (eg
Criminal/Non-Criminal; CCRC or not; etc) and send to 11 KBW
Arrange for Christopher to visit the ‘Model Office’ for demonstration of Horizon and
workings of a Post Office
Send Christopher over the cases shared with CEO in preparation for the Select Committee
