Apologies for the delay in circulating these notes from last week’s notes. We had a mix up with who was taking them
so I’ve put some together based on the bits that I have captured. Please let me know if I have missed anything.
I’ve also attached the Protocol document which Martin talked about on the call last week. I think there are still a few
tweaks to be made to this, but you can see the general principles.
