This isn’t the most up to date closure form ... it references ‘Fraud Risk Team’ yet I mentioned that it
should be ‘Financial Crime Team’.
Appreciate you may not have completed the form, but can you check before sending on ... guessing most
will be correct as we move forward
May also be an idea sending the most up to date forms to SMs ... so if they utilise any of the forms they
will be using the correct versions.
