Items Discussed:
Simon to chase on CD3 and Horizon spot data
Update on number of cases: 27 MP submitted cases. 60 JFSA inquires of which 25 may resulted in cases or spot reviews.
Next Thursday is the deadline for new cases - no suggestion that the deadline has been extended.
Bracknell - Simon not to be involved in future discussions on Bracknell as the testing team who are located in Bracknell ultimately
reports into him.
Training - Ron / Ian to include this as a theme as part of the investigation
Ron / Ian will not be giving MPs an individual update on their case - this is being discussed with Janet
Spot reviews will be sent after the Horizon data has been reviewed. Those that aren’t dependent on Horizon data (two or three)
will be sent on Monday.
