This meeting is to discuss the PO response to Second Sight’s draft CRR for case M079 (which I have just
circulated). Bond Dickinson are preparing the draft response and settlement analysis, which they will
circulate before the meeting.
Please note that this draft CRR references Second Sight’s Part Two report, the final version of which they
have not yet released.
