Second Sight have released the draft CRRs for cases M042, M078, M097 and M116, all of which are attached to this
email together with the relevant PO Investigation Reports, for ease of reference. Bond Dickinson are to produce the
draft responses and settlement analyses by midday on Monday 20 October (Lex / Amy, please confirm) so please reply
to all with your comments on the Draft CRRs by COB tomorrow, Thursday 16 October, so that they can be incorporated
into the response.
Please note that the deadline for our response is anticipated to be Thursday 23 October.
I will schedule a meeting to discuss our responses.
