We discussed M075 in the draft CRR response meeting today and wanted to consult with you in terms of the PO
response. This case involves so-called 'One Sided Transactions' but Second Sight appear to have overlooked the
detailed information on this issue that I believe you / BD provided them with some time ago. This has been addressed
in the response (in the paragraph just following point 4 of the summary; please see attached) but Andy suggested that
you may want to reference in your cover email PO's disappointment that Second Sight seem to have overlooked the
‘One Sided-Transaction' information.
Please see the latest draft response attached, together with the settlement advice, draft CRR and POIR. The deadline
for this response is 12 February.
