Hi Dave,
For clarity I thought it would be useful to detail my understanding what has happened (based on the attached timeline
that I have pulled together). I recognise a lot of this may be covering old ground and slightly tedious, for which I
apologise.
- In Feb 2013 Second Sight made a request for email data since 2008 for the ten Bracknell ‘Test Team’ members
presumably as they were set out in the note from Simon Baker on 25 Feb 2013:

- In March 2013 Post Office raised a request, via the P6 Process, for this information
- In May 2013 lan Henderson personally came in and collected the data (which was provided to him on a
password protected hard drive) we had that came back from the above request. Data on 3 people was missing:

3. Andrew Hamilton
- In July 2013 we informed lan Henderson that prior to Oct 2011, there was no email archiving system in place
- — InJuly 2013 lan Henderson noted that the emails he had been provided with only went back to 2011 but that he
had originally been told email archives went back to 2008. He made a request

- In September 2013 lan Henderson responded to an email from Andy Holt saying
- 17 days later lan Henderson then requested emails as at 31 December 2008 for the 10 members of Bracknell
Test Team as detailed in a note from Simon Baker on 3 July 2013.

- The request for data for Martin Rolfe was actioned internally but not provided to Second Sight. We have this
data, which includes emails as far back as 2007.
- We have also made a request for the data for the ten names listed above (note - not for Linda Austin)
Though the requests for data have clearly changed a number of times, the problem we have is that:
- Ideally we would like to be able to say to SS that they have already been provided with all the emails we have.
However, without comparing the contents of Hard Drive against the data provided we cannot definitively say
the more recent searches are not returning data over and above that originally supplied.
Do we know when the data will come back from the more recent request (3 Feb) for the 10 names?
- We have spoken a couple of times and I completely understand that you are doing everything you possibly can
to get into the Hard drive — for which I am hugely appreciative. Are we getting closer?
