Hi Simon,
I am told by OCMT that the statement isn’t signed in Pen and needs to be signed before they can add it to the file.
I haven’t seen it as I have moved offices and honestly can’t remember noticing whether it was signed or not before
submitting it to OCMT.
They have returned the statement to the Cookstown CID office.
Will you be in Dungannon, Cookstown or anywhere close by that I could arrange for you to call and sign the statement?
The full file is required to be submitted by 10° May 2019 so would need to get this done before then.

Hi Simon I have received the screen shot. Just to keep you up to spee ; is unsure whether he is going to
pursue a complaint as he has bee nreimbursed.
Can you advise how his initial complaint was handled?
Was it just written off as a mistake or was there any internal investigation done. PPS will be wanting to know this so if
you could let me know Id appreciate it.
I haven’t received the hard copy of the statement in the post can you advise if you have sent it yet. Just hoping it hasn’t

’'m not sure how they have managed to get them through the system but since the updated data protection laws we
can’t send them through. They automatically bounce back to us and don’t get sent on. I had attempted to send one a
few days back and it was bounced straight back to me. I did ask if they could adjust the setting for me but they said that
under no circumstances should Form 81’s be emailed.
I know it holds it up and I would obviously prefer that we could email it but I have to abide by the rules.
Have you got a postal address I can send it to please.
