vv _acomparison between the two.
The main point is probably what was para. 20.3 of the previous version — Steve's comments mean that the para. would
be unhelpful and they also contradict para. 20.2 (which remains in the current draft). Perhaps this is one to discuss
with Steve and Simon tomorrow.
