INTRODUCTION
This CCD List Version 1.4 was adopted through the Change Control Procedure and
incorporates amendments to the CCD List from all CCNs up to and including those
signed on 30 June 2000 (“ the Baseline Date”). This is without prejudice to the
application of these CCNs to matters other than the CCD List, for example changes
or amendments to the CCDs themselves.
When making use of this version of the list, it is necessary to take into account CCNs
approved after the Baseline Date which may include amendments to the list itself
(which will be incorporated at the next version), and, if using a document on the list,
to consider whether there are any CCNs affecting the document which have not been
incorporated into the document itself.
For the avoidance of doubt, the inclusion of a CCD in the list set out below shall not
alter or affect the interpretation or construction to be given to any words used to refer
to that CCD in the Codified Agreement, or the interpretation or construction of the
CCD List itself.

and above which are CRDs
