Thank you for your time earlier. Following up on our discussionregarding the contract for Ware
and our pending application for Wood Green, I wanted to give a formal confirmation that UOE
is fully committed to resolving any established and agreed discrepancies on our account with
Post Office and that I remain ready to assist Simon Warbouys and his team when he is ready to
do so.
At such time as any liability is established, UOE will work with Post Office to agree a suitable
repayment plan with any such balance being honoured and settled in full.
In addition, UOE is committed to work with the Post Office team to ensure any future account
queries are identified and any training gaps and process improvements are managed swiftly and
effectively and will work with all stakeholders to ensure improvements in processes on both
sides going forward are in place to prevent any future issues.
I hope this gives you complete confidenceto move forward with our appointment to Ware and
continue the review of our Wood Green application.
