Apologies for the formality, but as I now formally sit on the Board of POL I am bound by a non-disclosure
agreement with POL. This allows me to share Board papers with the team, providing that you in turn agree
to the terms of the NDA, which is what I am seeking with this email.
I have attached the NDA, and 3.1.6 is the relevant bit that you need to get comfortable with. Technically this
probably extends to ministers but I am using an element of discretion here, and I doubt I'll be sharing board
papers with them. Anyway, I would be grateful if you could reply to this email to acknowledge that you will
not share the Board papers beyond the team without clearing with me first.
